Hey Got Gamers,
Just an update for regarding Flappy Birds, a mobile game we discussed in length on this show. It turns out the gentleman who created, Vietnamese developer Dong Nguyen, suddenly took Flappy Birds off the iTunes and Android stores in the past couple of days. The good news is that you can still play Flappy Birds on the internet since a flash copy of the game called Flash Flappy Birds is available on countless Flash gaming websites.
Now if you have no idea what Flappy Birds is, I suggest you listen to the audio file below this paragraph, and if you do all will be explained. Although, we’re simply calling that audio file the February 9th 2014 edition of Got Game.
THIS WEEK ON GOT GAME THE CREW DISCUSSES:
- A) EA Sports FIFA World Cup edition for the upcoming World Cup
- B) How someone hacked a game about a hacker
- C) A new-ish FarCry game launching in February
- D) Amazon buying videogame developer Double Helix
- E) Momin’s hatred of Flappy Birds
